We are delighted to announce the calls for applications for ITC conference grants, Short Term Scientific Missions (STSM), Virtual Mobility Grants (VM) and Virtual Networking Support Grant (VNS).

ITC conference grants

• Number of Conference Grants to be funded: 4 (2 grants up to 2,000 € for face-to-face conferences; 2 grants up to 500 € for virtual conferences)

• Conferences need to take place between May 1st, 2021, and September 30th, 2022 (3rd Grant Period)

• Applications shall be submitted through the e-COST following the ITC CG Application

Short Term Scientific Missions grants (STSM)

• For the third grant period, there are up to 2 STSMs to be awarded. The STSM must be completed by 15th September 2022

• Successful applicants will receive an allowance up to maximum total budget of 3,500 €. The Management Committee will decide how to allocate the STSM budget

• Applications shall be submitted through the e-COST following the STSM Application

Virtual Mobility Grants (VM)

• A maximum of 4 Virtual Mobility Grants can be awarded. Each Virtual Mobility Grant cannot exceed 1,500 €

• Applications shall be submitted through the e-COST following the VMS Application

Virtual Networking Support Grant (VNS)

• Financial support for VNS is a grant awarded to an individual of up to 4,000€ per Grant Period

• The application shall be submitted through the e-COST following the VNS Application

Deadline for applications is April 15th, 2022
